I am Grateful.

I have just achieved my one-year anniversary with Blackbaud and it has been a fantastic year. A year I came back to myself. I could not be more grateful.

Things I am Thinking About -

• You never stop learning.

• There are times to shed deadwood and you do not need to apologize.

• It is the most important thing to Witness another’s life – Be good to each other people!

• Working as One is a philosophy of life, not just the culture of our company.
